Job summary

Capitalize Analytics is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to design end-to-end data and analytics solutions across ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting layers. You will produce architecture diagrams and roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions align with the architected design and firm quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar).
• Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and roadmaps clear to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers and engagement leads as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders.
• Guide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to internal capability building with reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and RFP responses.
• Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance, mentoring on best practices.
