Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Manager, Technical Product Owner - Data & Analytics in New Brunswick, NJ. You will lead the design, build, and operation of integrated data/analytics for finance and operations during a transformative Medtech agenda.

You will partner with finance, technology, and vendor teams to translate business needs into value-driven data solutions, align roadmaps with enterprise strategy, and champion agile, human-centered design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field.
10+ years in Data Modeling with SAP S/4HANA experience.
Proven ERP implementation experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
10+ years in Data Management/Reporting solutions.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience with SDLC and Jira preferred.
Knowledge of finance processes (planning/forecasting).
Thought leadership in technology strategy and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

Define finance data strategy, capabilities roadmaps, and tech/product roadmaps with decisive authority.
Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance, and UX.
Analyze external trends in planning/forecasting finance and translate into strategic foresight.
Incorporate human-centered design and agile practices into product development and process optimization.
Partner with business and technology to maximize value realization and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate on roadmaps with finance and technology teams to align with business objectives.
Engage with vendor partners to apply best practices throughout development.
