PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead within the Corporate Responsibility Group Data & Analytics team. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA or Raleigh, NC and will lead analytics across multiple functions, mentoring junior staff and delivering data-driven solutions.

The position focuses on reporting, analytics, and dashboard development for CRA Modernization, Data Disclosures, and Carbon Accounting reporting. Strong BI skills (Tableau/PowerBI) and SQL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads analytics across multiple functions or business units using complex analytical tools.
• Mentors junior employees and guides tool/strategy implementation.

• Designs and optimizes analytical solutions for leadership decision making.
• Communicates conclusions from analyses to a range of audiences.
