Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking experienced Product Review engineers (Lead/Senior) to join the Digital Engineering Services team on the C-17 program. The role focuses on processing ADR data, analyzing system performance, and delivering dispositions to customers to ensure optimal aircraft health and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have strong data analytics, programming skills, and a background in avionics or flight simulation systems, with on-site work and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent related to the work statement.
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft flight simulator training device maintenance, or experience in aircraft avionics / electronics or computer network and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess the integrity of ADR raw data.
• Analyze system malfunctions through decoding Mil-Std-1553B and ARINC-429 bus data.
• Review post-flight data for troubleshooting and aircraft health management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances.
• Develop algorithms to mine data more efficiently and identify/prevent failures.
• Provide written dispositions/recommendations to C-17 customers (e.g., Product Notifications, Technical Requests).
• Support Customer’s Program Management Review meetings.
• Support IPTs and participate in design reviews.
