Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology seeks a Lead Data Analyst for the User Experience Analytics team. You will own end-to-end experiment analyses for navigation, discovery, and feature surfaces, defining metrics, running tests, and delivering actionable recommendations to PMs and senior leaders.

The role emphasizes behavioral analysis, dashboards in Looker/Tableau, and clear communication across product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of data analytics with impact on decisions.
Deep experimentation experience: design, power analysis, metrics, local/global insights.
Strong data modeling and metric development instincts.
Advanced SQL for behavioral data at scale; Python for scripting.
Looker (LookML) skills; Tableau familiarity for dashboards.
Excellent communication and presentation to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own experiment analysis end-to-end; lead A/B tests from design to recommendation.
Develop and own metrics; define success criteria before experiments.
Drive behavioral analysis: how users engage and return to content.
Present findings to PMs and higher-level stakeholders (VP/SVP).
Build and maintain dashboards for ongoing monitoring.
