Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research or Computer Science with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with analytics in a research/modeling environment using R and/or Python.
• Experience with visualization/BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos Analytics and VBA.
• Experience with business process mapping and requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to determine data needs for Market Regulatory Operations.
• Serve as data subject matter expert for multiple processes and provide advanced support.
• Use SQL to analyze data sources, validate data integrity, and deliver insights.
• Design data and process models and document design requirements.
• Lead end-user feedback activities, such as user acceptance testing and demonstrations.
• Mentor less-senior analysts on the team.
