5014 Disney Entertainment & Sports LLC seeks a Lead Data Analyst - Product Performance & Engagement to join the Product & Tech Analytics team in Santa Monica, CA. You will independently design and deliver insights that optimize Disney Streaming products (D+, Hulu) and partner across Product, Engineering and Analytics to improve browse telemetry quality and drive product performance.

The role requires 7+ years in data analytics, advanced SQL, and strong skills in Tableau/Looker, Python or R, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate, cohort, and transform large datasets.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems with minimal guidance.
Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker) and storytelling.
Experience with analytics in streaming space (Product, Content, Subscriber, Messaging, Churn).

Responsibilities

Own User Behavior Analysis to uncover actionable insights for Hulu/Disney+ UX.
Lead rapid-response investigations and anomaly detection to diagnose data issues.
Develop and present optimization recommendations balancing business goals with user satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data Eng, and Analytics teams to align initiatives.
Lead end-to-end analytics projects from hypothesis to insights.
Build dashboards and advanced reports to track performance and experimentation outcomes.
