Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bloomington, CA seeks a Lead Analyst, Data to collect, clean, and analyze data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership across operations and maintenance. You will work with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize inventory and reporting accuracy.

Occasional travel and on-site presence required. The role requires a Bachelor's in Data Analytics and 2+ years of data modeling, data mining, ERP/SAP exposure, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics or closely related field.
• Experience must include Data modeling knowledge.
• Two (2) years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in SQL, VBA, Power BI or Qlik Sense, Python, Excel, Access, Data Mining/Visualization, ERP/SAP, Lean/Six Sigma, Logistics and Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data, analyze results and develop recurrent and ad hoc reporting.
• Acquire data from varied internal and external sources.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Provide data visualizations and reporting to convey complex analysis in a digestible fashion.
• Develop statistical models to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and improve operational efficiency.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
• Travel required: 10% within area.
