Unisys is seeking a senior data professional in McLean, VA, offering hybrid work. The role focuses on data analysis, system integration, and cross-functional project management, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic insights.

The candidate will leverage Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks to build data solutions, and utilize Tableau or AWS QuickSight for executive dashboards, while coordinating project activities and ensuring data quality across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Total 10+ years of experience required.
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience.
• At least 4 years of programming experience.
• At least 1 year of people or project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct data analysis and drive data-driven decisions.
• Integrate systems and validate data quality across platforms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks.
• Create and present dashboards using Tableau or AWS QuickSight to Sr. Directors.
• Coordinate projects: set meetings, agenda, notes, follow-ups, status reporting.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership on project progress.

Year Experiences:

• Overall 10+ years of experience
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience
• At least 4 years of programming experience
• At least 1 year of experience in people management or project management experience

Technical Skills needed:

• At least 5 years of experience with Python, SQL, or Spark, and Databricks
• Python skills related to Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• At least 1 year of experience in Tableau or AWS QuickSight
• Experience with system integration, data validation, and quality checks.
• Proficient in utilizing and developing within AWS services
• Analyzing to evaluate processes and tests. Identify gaps and come up with a plan to close gaps
• Have experience managing projects: set up meetings, create agenda, take notes, follow up, report status)
• Communication up to Sr. Director level frequently.
