Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is recruiting a Lead DAS Technician III for Greenbelt, Maryland. This 100% travel position oversees on-site installation teams on nationwide projects, ensuring quality, safety, and CTS standards are met.

You will coordinate with Field and Project Managers and mentor technicians throughout all installation phases. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in DAS or equivalent wireless infrastructure, strong coaxial and fiber skills, and the ability to read iBwave

Qualifications

3–5+ years of DAS installation or equivalent wireless infrastructure experience.
Willing and able to travel 100% for regional/national deployment.
Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.

Responsibilities

Lead installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless projects nationwide.
Travel full-time (100%) to customer sites.
Supervise, mentor and direct technicians and apprentices during all installation phases.
Read and interpret iBwave design documentation and installation drawings.
Install, terminate and test coaxial and fiber optic cabling.
Perform fusion splicing and fiber optic testing.
Conduct PIM and Sweep testing with RF test equipment.
Ensure installations meet CTS quality and safety standards.
