Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a Lead DAS Technician III to join our National Team. This is a 100% travel, full-time position supporting projects nationwide.

You’ll lead installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless deployments and ensure safety and CTS quality on every site. Travel will be constant as you coordinate with Field and Project Managers, mentor technicians and apprentices, and document site walks, tests, and closeout information across the United

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of DAS installation or equivalent wireless infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.
• Strong knowledge of coaxial cable installation and termination.
• Experience performing PIM and Sweep testing.
• Ability to read and interpret iBwave design documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless projects across the United States.
• Travel full-time (100%) to customer sites nationwide.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct technicians and apprentices during all phases of installation.
• Ensure installations meet CTS quality, safety, and customer standards.
• Manage daily project progress and communicate status to Field Managers and Project Managers.
• Coordinate material handling, inventory, and job site organization.
• Perform site walks for small venues and retail locations.
• Read and interpret iBwave design documentation and installation drawings.
• Install, terminate, and test coaxial and fiber optic cabling.
• Perform fusion splicing and fiber optic testing.
• Conduct PIM and Sweep testing using Anritsu Site Master and other RF test equipment.
• Troubleshoot DAS systems and assist with system verification.
