Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking a Lead DAS Technician III to join the national team. This is a 100% travel position, supporting projects nationwide. Lead on-site installations, mentor technicians, and ensure CTS safety and quality standards are met.

You will read iBwave designs, install DAS, Small Cell, and private wireless systems, and perform RF testing with Anritsu equipment. Requires 2–5+ years in DAS or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of DAS installation or equivalent wireless infra experience.
• Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.
• Strong knowledge of coaxial cable installation/termination and fiber testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless projects across the United States.
• Travel full-time (100%) to customer sites nationwide.
• Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices during all phases of installation.
• Ensure installations meet CTS safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret iBwave design documentation and drawings.
• Install, terminate, and test coaxial and fiber optic cabling.
