Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced Lead DAS Technician III to join our national team. This 100% travel role leads on-site installations, supervises CTS crews and subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality at every stage.

You will read iBwave designs, install coaxial/fiber, perform PIM and sweep tests, and coordinate materials and schedules with Field and Project Managers. Travel nationwide with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of DAS installation experience or equivalent wireless infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.
• Strong knowledge of coaxial cable installation and termination.
• Experience pulling, terminating, and testing fiber optic cable.
• Experience performing PIM and Sweep testing.
• Reading and interpreting iBwave design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless projects across the United States.
• Travel full-time (100%) to customer sites nationwide.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct technicians and apprentices during all phases of installation.
• Ensure installations meet CTS quality, safety, and customer standards.
• Manage daily project progress and communicate status to Field Managers and Project Managers.
• Coordinate material handling, inventory, and job site organization.
• Read and interpret iBwave design documentation and installation drawings.
