Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store operations/stocking role in Lancaster, PA. The position focuses on entering orders, scheduling work, supervising and training team members, receiving, storing, stocking, and maintaining product integrity through date checks and de-coding items.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, positioning products for easy access, and ensuring accurate pricing and stock across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties while complying with PPE requirements.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and adjust pricing as needed.
• Unload milk truck and move pallets to cooler.
• Stock shelves and restock items, including dairy and frozen foods, moving U-boats as needed.
• Manage loading/unloading of U-boats and removal of out-of-code items.
