Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store position focused on inventory management, stocking, and display maintenance in USA-PA-Lancaster. You will check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, load pallets into coolers, stock and restock products, and keep displays organized to serve customers efficiently.

Qualified candidates will be able to follow directions, work physically, and comply with safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties safely and effectively.
• Must complete the company introductory period (60 days).
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and in compliance with policies.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare by checking equipment and supplies.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
