Alleguard, a leader in protective foam solutions, seeks a 1st Shift Head Cutter to set up and operate cutting machines and ensure precise cuts. You will measure materials, maintain quality controls, and help maximize material yield in a fast-paced production environment.

Offering a competitive pay of $18 per hour, the role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to overtime as production demands.

Formación

• Set up cutting machine and operate it accurately.
• Read and use measurement tools to ensure correct cuts.
• Lead and unload the cutting machine as needed.
• Read diagrams/productions specs and meet timing.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced shop.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, load and unload machine.
• Cut all materials as required.
• Establish and maintain quality controls on product related materials.
• Ensure labels for boxes and bags are correct.
• Meet production requirements and maximize material yield.
• Perform routine housekeeping.
• Assist supervisor with related duties.
• Routinely perform overtime when needed.
• Support related department activities.
