Qualificações

• Able to operate saws safely and read weight visual cues.
• Portioning operator responsibilities for line cuts and yields.
• Knowledge of programs to maximize value and meet customer specs; basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read tickets and interpret special requests; recognize meat cuts.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions to ensure accurate weights/sizes.
• Basic computer capabilities required for daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the cut machine crew and keep machines running efficiently.
