Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Lead Customer Specialist to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience and to act as Manager on Duty when needed. You will guide the team, share product knowledge, and help customers feel valued throughout their visit.

You will drive relationships with customers, invite them to in-store events, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.
• Collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in the absence of another manager and drive a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand needs and provide personalized service.
• Partner with the team to deliver a hospitality-focused shopping experience.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers and drive sales.
• Cultivate long-term relationships through proactive outreach and in-store events.
• Maintain an inspiring store appearance and ensure brand standards are followed.
