Chico's is seeking a Lead Customer Specialist at Store 0673-Village at Stone Oak-Chico's in San Antonio, TX. You will model hospitality, lead the team as Manager on Duty, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience.

You're expected to build authentic relationships, share product knowledge, and mentor peers while upholding brand standards and policies. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities for professional growth across Chico's
