Job summary

Chico’s in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, deliver personalized service, and drive store performance. You will engage with shoppers, educate them about loyalty programs, and help maintain an inviting, organized sales floor.

The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to learn new processes and operate the POS system. Up to 50 lb lifts are possible as part of daily duties.
