Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and work with our food program.
• Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily and work with a dynamic team.

You Are Good At:

• Selling products and providing excellent customer care.
• Communication and friendly conversation.
• Performing quickly while having fun.
• Working as part of a team to meet goals.
• Problem-solving and offering suggestions.
• Leading a team and supervising entry-level staff.

Great If You Have:

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift.
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
