Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with food program when needed.
• Lead shifts, gaining entry-level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance.

You Are Good At:

• Selling products and providing excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation.
• Working quickly while having fun.
• Teamwork to achieve goals.
• Problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Leading a team and supervising entry-level staff.

Great If You Have:

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance and willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift.
• Manipulate objects with hands; may involve climbing ladders.
