SUMMARY - Responsible and accountable for all aspects of training and support of CSR representatives. This includes onboarding new employees, maintaining high levels of customer service through audits and ongoing training. Performs customer service, clerical, administrative, and business-related duties as outlined below.

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Regular use of hands for handling and reaching; standing, walking, sitting; occasional climbing or balancing; lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available.
Moderate noise level; ability to transfer/relocate without notice; potential travel between Canada and the USA for business reasons.
