Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program. Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience. Maintain store standards, provide friendly service, and ensure regular onsite attendance. Engage with customers and work collaboratively with your team to accomplish daily goals.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care
  • Strong communication and friendly conversational skills
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership qualities for supervising entry-level staff
Preferred Experience
  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashier experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
  • Bend and twist during shifts
  • Manipulate objects with hands, possibly climb ladders
