Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program.
• Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work in various store areas to support high standards.
• Interact with customers and work with a team to accomplish daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Skills in selling products, providing excellent customer care, and communication.
• Ability to work quickly and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance and willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects.
