• Leads and trains team members
• Interviews applicants to staff shifts
• Manages inventory and waste levels with recommendations
• Generates reports to ensure profitability at accounts
• Verifies timecards and visits accounts
• Addresses customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Complies with safety requirements at accounts

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members
• Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant roles
• Review inventory and waste; make recommendations
• Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations and discuss with team
• Create monthly inventory action plans and track progress
• Generate profitability reports for management
• Verify and approve timecards; visit accounts
• Lead projects from Operations/Branch Manager
• Perform safe vehicle operations for travel to branches/accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
