AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to join our team in the New Stanton, PA area. This part-time position offers a morning shift and focuses on delivering excellent customer service at a single location.

The successful candidate will be organized, able to work independently or as part of a team, and comfortable handling merchandise, communicating with customers, and maintaining spotless displays. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
