Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Lead Janitor in Cleveland, MS at Baxter Healthcare. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience; duties include training custodial staff, safety compliance, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Experience in custodial or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
