ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Janitor Lead at 400 Maddox Road, Mount Juliet, TN 37122. Full-time schedule with open availability preferred. One year of prior janitorial experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks, trains team members and oversees overall training activities for custodial associates.
• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
