Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience required.
• Previous supervisory or related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Follow basic safety procedures due to chemical exposure.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient guest service demeanor.
• Adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to custodial team and leads task completion.
• Adheres to safety procedures aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal and Aramark rules.
• Maintains a clean environment to promote safety and health.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility and ensures building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
