Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the supervisor's absence.
• Provide direction to custodial team members on a routine basis.
• Notify Supervisor of quality control issues or repairs.
• Act as liaison between custodial team and supervisor.
• Perform quality control inspections and train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and deep-clean bathrooms and kitchenette spaces daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, and polish floors as per weekly plan.
• Clean under desks, hallways, conference rooms, and open workspaces as needed.
• Remove and dispose of trash 2-3 times daily and replenish restroom supplies.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards; follow safety procedures.
