Job summary

Abundance Network is seeking a Custodian Lead for on-site facilities operations in California. The role involves leading custodial staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining cleaning standards across floors, rooms, and public areas.

Two levels exist, with assignment and problem-solving guidance from a supervisor. Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:45am–3:15pm; hourly pay starts at $32.18 (Step 1) under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

• Two years' custodial experience or equivalent education.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Knowledge of custodial safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodians on the job and assign tasks per supervisor guidance.
• Inspect work for conformance with specifications.
• Train employees to meet quality standards.
• Report progress to supervisor and enforce safety rules.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
