Job summary

Qualifications

• Possesses Stationary Engineer 3rd Class Boiler Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service to equipment such as boilers and heating systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs to building structures.
• Responsible for outside grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Train staff regarding proper cleaning techniques and equipment use.
