• Daily attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, dust, sanitize, mop, vacuum, and perform minor repairs within the school building.
• Perform maintenance on quarry, terrazzo and wood flooring.
• Strip and finish resilient tile floors.
• Extract and shampoo carpets; perform spot removal.
• Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
