Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mopping, washing tables, windows, bathrooms, dusting, waxing, stripping floors, moving heavy furniture.
• Move up to 50 pounds of materials to remote building locations.
• Stand on ladders and platform lifts up to 30 feet for extended periods.
• Perform maintenance on facilities and equipment as described.
• Work under supervision of Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, Building Principal and CAO.
• Perform other duties at the level of responsibility assigned.
