Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Services Lead Worker to clean and maintain assigned areas, supervise a custodial team, and ensure client satisfaction. The role may include oversight or delegation of tasks within the cleaning services operation.

Responsibilities include scheduling daily work, following safety procedures, keeping facilities clean and secure, reporting maintenance needs, and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow basic safety procedures due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Maintains friendly, efficient guest service demeanour toward guests, clients and co-workers.
• Adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team and leads task completion.
• Adheres to procedures to maintain a safe working environment per OSHA and local regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to ensure safety and health.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards.
• Follows procedures for trash storage and disposal and transports waste to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility and ensures building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Protects company assets.
