Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience required.
• supervisory or related role preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures due to physical risks and hazardous chemicals.
• Maintains friendly, efficient guest service towards guests, clients and co-workers.
• Adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team and leads task completion.
• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment following OSHA and regulations.
• Keeps a clean and orderly environment to protect health and safety.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for trash storage, disposal, and transport to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility and manages access as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
