Job summary

Global Connections to Employment is seeking a Custodial Shift Leader for its Gulfport, MS operations to safely perform contract duties and deliver quality customer service under management direction.

The role requires at least 2 years of custodial experience and 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity, with the ability to work independently, lift up to 40–50 pounds, and hold a valid driver’s license. Strong teamwork and compliance with safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial or related services.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Must have the ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
• Must be able to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under corporate policy.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
