Qualifications

• Must have at least 2–3 years in custodial or related services.
• Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
• Able to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Physically able to perform general tasks and pass screenings

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and safely perform contract duties as assigned by management.
• Provide quality customer service at all times.
• Learn all aspects of the job as required for the role.
• Prepare for varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
