Grand Rapids Building Services Inc is seeking a Custodian Lead for Portland Public Schools. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The Lead will supervise cleaning crews, ensure quality, and communicate effectively with site staff to maintain a safe, clean environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, possess valid ID, demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid ID and leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a cleaning team and coordinate tasks on site.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and meeting facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
