Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Michigan is hiring a Lead Custodian for Portland Public Schools. This full-time role is Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Pay is $16.00/hour with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays after 1 year, paid time off, and daily pay. Lead duties include supervising the crew, executing cleaning tasks, completing building walkdowns and nightly perimeter checks, and using GRBS tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms cleaning, trash removal.
