The role directs a cleaning team, executes the building maintenance plan, conducts nightly perimeter checks, and ensures safety and quality in every task. Leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
