Campus Services Group is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to oversee custodial tasks, operate industrial cleaning equipment, and supervise a team of environmental services staff. The role emphasizes safety and quality in a fast-paced facility environment.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:30–11:30pm, at 200 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086, focusing on training, safety protocols, and reliable scheduling while ensuring high cleanliness standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you’ll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff. If you’re passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, we want you on our team!

Pay Rate

Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
