Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a Lead Custodian to manage custodial tasks and supervise a team of environmental services staff at our Wallingford location. You will operate industrial cleaning equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. Hours are Mon-Fri 3:30-11:30pm with an emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of environmental services experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you’ll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff. If you’re passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, we want you on our team!

Pay Rate

Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Must reside within the service area.
