Job summary

Horry County Schools Midland Elementary – Galivants Ferry, SC is seeking a Custodial Supervisor IV to lead maintenance and cleaning at the assigned school. You will serve as primary contact for Building Services concerns and ensure safety and cleanliness.

The role requires at least five years of experience, a high school diploma, and ability to manage inventory, time records, and work orders while supervising custodial staff and coordinating with administrators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical maintenance preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of ACT WorkKeys.
• Ability to work effectively with many types of school personnel.

Responsibilities

• Survey facilities to identify maintenance and cleaning needs.
• Generate and track work orders in SchoolDude.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and liaison with administrators.
• Monitor time records and ensure building security.
