Job summary

Columbus College of Art & Design is seeking a Custodial Services Supervisor to lead the custodial team, provide training, schedule workloads, and oversee contract labor. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and ensures a clean, safe campus environment across all CCAD buildings.

Ideal candidate has strong supervisory abilities, knowledge of safety procedures, and experience managing cleaning programs. Evening/weekend coverage may be required to support campus events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in an educational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 4–6 custodial staff, 3rd shift contract labor, and student workers.
• Plan, schedule, train, and inspect custodial staff and contract labor.
• Coordinate with the Director of Facilities and manage third‑party custodial services.
• Assist with special events and maintain MSDS records for compliance.
