Job Summary

Supervises and performs custodial, maintenance, and repair functions. Assists with some supervisory functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience related to the duties of this position.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and enrollment in the RAP Back program.

Essential Functions

• Supervise and participate in daily cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned facilities.
• Ensure cleaning procedures comply with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor systems like heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning; report irregularities.
• Perform security tasks such as locking/unlocking doors, arming/disarming security systems.
• Schedule and perform cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, floor waxing, etc.
• Handle exterior maintenance like snow removal, window washing, graffiti removal, and gutter cleaning.
• Conduct staff meetings and coordinate schedules for cleaning and maintenance projects.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and usage.
• Follow safety practices and respond to emergencies during non-work hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
