• Working knowledge of good housekeeping practices and procedures; ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Working knowledge of broiler room/geothermal system operations and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff in assigned facilities. Coordinate staff schedules and maintain inventories and supplies.
• Conduct basic building safety inspections and perform maintenance/repair to equipment and facilities.
• Assure cleanliness inside and outside the building and manage supplies.
• Develop work schedules for staff and assist in performance evaluations.
• Ensure facility heating, ventilation, and security during operations.
• Oversee adherence to policies and procedures for building personnel in operations.
