Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring a Lead Server at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living in Fishers, Indiana. This full-time role follows a Sunday to Thursday shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, supporting residents with meals and service excellence.

You will take orders, help prepare items, and coordinate with the Culinary Manager to meet residents' needs while upholding our core values and teamwork culture.

Qualifications

• Prior food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Assists in preparation of meal items.
• Communicates effectively with the Culinary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
