Job summary

Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living in Fishers, IN is hiring a Lead Server for a full-time position. The role covers Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., supporting residents with meals and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has prior food service or hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and a teamwork mindset to onboard new teammates and coordinate with the Culinary Manager to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Prior food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values is a must!

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Assists in preparation of meal items.
• Communicates effectively with the Culinary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
• Acts as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
